Luxurious Spanish courtyard with fine woodwork, 25 ft indoor palm trees located inside the house, and relaxing balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Full size kitchen with Livingroom. Available local activities include fine dining, surfing, snorkle, scuba, jetski, fishing, beaches, kayaking, and more. We are located within 5-10 minutes of the town plaza. Hi speed internet (1000 mbps) is provided throughout the house for those who wish to remain connected to work.

I am originally from the States. I have lived in Rincon for over seven years. During that time I have explored the western side of Puerto Rico and all it has to offer. All of my experiences and knowledge of the area are gladly shared with our guests. My goal is to make your vacation stay the best experience possible. Our location was chosen for its direct access to the tropical Caribbean waters. We are in the sweet spot between world class surfing and calm seas. From our location you can see dolphins, sea turtles, and humpback whales in their natural habitat. Our location is one of the most relaxing, picturesque, and safest location in Rincon, Puerto Rico. It is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the plaza, local vendors, food shopping, and numerous food choices.

Our waterfront property is in a quiet neighborhood where you can relax and enjoy the most spectacular sunsets in Puerto Rico. Our Spanish courtyard boasts 2 large palm trees in the center of the house. The unique design allows nature to sustain the palms with elegant woodwork and classic Spanish accents throughout the house.
