Furnished perfectly for my family. Beds are a little small but are comfortable. You couldn't find a better place to enjoy the perfect sunsets. I enjoyed the tides going way out during parts of the day. Close proximity to many stores including Stop-n-Shop. It was our first time renting this home but definitely booking it for next year.

Best Cape Location

There are no words to describe how special our week has been at this property. The pictures do not do it justice. Our family has been traveling to Cape Cod for years and this by far was our best stay yet. The house is beautiful and well stocked. The location is perfect with shopping within 5 minutes and the beach a short walk away. The water was incredible and the kids had an amazing time in the tide pools. Can’t wait to return!

Keene Way vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this home is amazing. Rental agency was clear and had great communication. The only issue with this home is the twin beds in the basement. They are fine for small children but we had 4 adult children using them and said they were extremely uncomfortable. Queen beds were very comfortable.
Response from VrboOwner on 9 Jan, 2025
Thank you for sharing your review with us! The owners of this home have replaced all the twin mattresses since your stay. We hope you will return and all in your group enjoys a restful slumber!

Review of 23 Keene Way, Eastham, Massachusetts.

The downstairs bathroom was disappointing as it was tiny. The beach was not really a beach for swimming but rather for walking. No sand abuts the water. One must walk through the marsh grass. Water shoes are a must. The property was definitely special as the sunsets were amazing. Overall we had a great experience and would consider renting it again if we could book it.

Excellent stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent stay, wonderful location, beautiful week. Our only minor complaint is that the master bed on the main floor - next to living room - was rather uncomfortable and squeaked at the tiniest movement (we are under 50 and in good shape....). For the cost of the rental, an updated bed would be much, much appreciated. Again, we had a lovely time in this home and have been renting on Cape Cod almost 20 years, this might be the best location yet.
Response from VrboOwner on 29 Aug, 2023
Hi John, Thank you for your valuable feedback! We're thrilled that you had an excellent stay and enjoyed the wonderful location. We appreciate your comments about the master bed and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your insights are important to us, and we'll definitely take your suggestion into consideration. A Wonderful Vacation Spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this home, and returned because we loved it. Location, number of bedrooms, comfort were just what we wanted and expected. What I noticed, in addition, was that the kitchen is well equipped. The toy box was packed with beach equipment that delighted our kids. Shades were available to block the sun’s heat but not the view. And we could sit inside, in comfort, and watch a spectacular sunset every night.
