Nice apartment recently renovated, with air condition, insolating windows, internet 1000mb, located 100 meters from Cipro Metro Station. Train Station Valle Aurelia and a new shopping center "Aura" is close by. You can reach the Vatican Museums and St. Peter in 10 min walk. The area is quiet, safe and well stocked with amenities.
The apartment has two big bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a hall and a balcony overlooking the Vatican.
Both rooms have 32-inch LED TV and free wifi is available throughout the apartment.
The kitchen, with induction hob is equipped with dishwasher, freezer, water heater, toaster, microwave and all necessary utensils for cooking and eating. At complete disposal there are water, tea and coffee selections.
The apartment is located in a excellent area of Rome, central and well connected. The services available are many: within 100 meters there are two supermarkets (Carrefour and Conad), a newsagent, two banks, bars.
We will be happy to provide help for all your needs.
Upon check-in, as in any other place in Rome you book in, must be paid the City tax (6 Euros per person per day for the first 10 days).

Clean comfortable and everything it was advertised to be. Very helpful host who let us check in early though maybe because circumstance permitted and you may not count on that as reasonably expected. I would definitely stay there again

Great family apartment close to the Vatican

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) for our week in Rome. It’s a close walk to the metro so very easy to get to the main sites in the city center. Restaurants and grocery store nearby. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Definitely recommend!

Great say in Rome July 2025

My family and I stayed at this great apartment in Rome for our summer vacation in July 2025. We are two teens and two adults and were very comfortable in the spacious and well equipped unit. The apartment is conveniently located near metro and the neighbourhood is very walkable and with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes to serve all of our needs. Maryna was very helpful during our stay and check in was simple and very accommodating of our late arrival. Would highly recommend!

Nice and clean place

I liked it a lot. It was enough room for four of us. Near the subway and walking distance to the Vatican museum. The owner, Marina, is very easy to get in touch with and she was always happy to answer any of our questions. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Lovely apartment very close to the subway and Vatican. Excellent communication and assistance from our host - she even arranged a driver to meet us at the airport! Our only regret was that we only stayed one night.

The apartment was very clean & very accommodating for a family of 4. The location to get around main attractions was very good, but the neighborhood was dirty & No night life around. The Owner Maryna was very nice & helpful for any questions.

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment! Communication with Maryna was always prompt and there were no issues when our flights were delayed repeatedly with the check in process. Location was perfect and right by the metro. Our kids loved having their own beds and plenty of space. There is a small elevator but the apartment was easy to access with steps. We would definitely recommend this location for families visiting Rome.

Family vacation

Apartment met our needs and is exactly as shown in the pictures. There's no central living room area so we either sat in the kitchen or our bedrooms. Located very close to Vatican city which was walking distance and didn't need a metro to visit the Vatican. We didn't meet the owner but received messages via the VRBO app which was helpful and she was responsive.

Wonderful city apartment near the Cipro Metro Station and the Vatican

When we were planning a vacation to Rome, we wanted to find an apartment that was close to a Metro stop and in a local neighborhood. When we go on vacation we enjoy living around and going to restaurants with the local residents. This apartment checked these boxes. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Cipro Metro station and close to several wonderful restaurants. The location is in an apartment building on the west side of the Tiber River; so we were only a 15 minute walk from the Vatican, and only a subway ride away from the major historical sites in the heart of Rome - great location. We were a family of four and found the apartment to be well maintained, clean and friendly. We had everything we needed and our host was very friendly and helpful. The only comment I would make is that there isn't a separate living room; but we weren't in the apartment that much, and it was a great price for an apartment in the city, so made it work.

A great place to stay!

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The beds are really comfy, it has a nice shower and is really close to the train station which takes you into the centre of Rome. Air conditioning is good and Maryna leaves you a lovely bottle of wine and breakfast too. I couldn’t recommend staying here any more highly!

Sehr gute Lage, dicht am Vatikan gelegen 10 min.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Klimaanlage. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Marya. Supermarkt und Metro in der Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut für ein Städtetripp 👍🏻Kommen gerne wieder.

Why they chose this property

The flat is a property of my husband. He is Italian, roman to be precise. We decided to rent the flat to the foreign guess in order to let them have an experience of a real home once in Rome, such a nice city.

What makes this property unique

The flat is situated in a very secure zone of Rome. It is residential but at the same time very close to the center. To Vatican area is only 10 minutes walk.
There are everything you need nearby: 3 supermarkets, one open 24 hours, coffee shops and restaurants, children playground, parks. There is also a tourist agent in front of the house where you can book your tours in Rome.
