Had questions about got tub, host sent out a crew to fix issue same day. Very responsive. Great space for entertaining larger group. Very nice place to stay and close enough to any needs. Plenty of wildlife. Outdoor BBq Grill could use some maintenance. Had 2 other smokers to use though. Fire pit was awesome space for group to enjoy. Would definately reccomend.

Beautiful mini-mansion

We loved all the fireplaces and natural light, the pictures don't do it justice. The outdoor space is fantastic. Nanny control on the hot tub was frustrating.

Amazing house

Me and a handful of friends stayed here for a long weekend and the pictures of this house online do not do it any justice. The home is beautiful inside and out with tons of space and amenities to keep you occupied.

USAFA Graduation

The property was perfect for our large family group that came to celebrate our son’s graduation. We had lots of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Communication was top notch.

Vacation Stay with Family

Maria was a great host and very responsive to any request for information. My wife and I took our two daughters, husbands, and a 10 month and 3-year-old to the property. We loved the in-house pool, the hot tub, and especially the bedrooms on three floors to allow for a little solace with relatives get too much. We loved excursions to the dinosaur museum, the zoo (incredible), and restaurants we don't normally see in Texas. I recommend this facility to anyone wanting to be close to a town but live out in the country.

Excellent amenities

My extended family of 11 had a great stay!! We enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, pool table, grill, fire pit, and games. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of spices, plates, cups and cookware. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and have our own space to relax. The property contact, Maria, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The property was a little far (about 40 minutes) to most of the activities we wanted to do in Colorado Springs, but we knew that going in so it wasn't a bother. And with all of the amenities, it's possible to never leave the property and still have a great time! We would stay here again if in the area!

Gorgeous house but needs some work

House was beautiful. Pool was absolutely wonderful There were several things that needed work. The grill outside was not working correctly and had parts missing so it was a bonfire meal that night. Weather was gorgeous at night but we could not open doors or windows as the screens were ripped and flapping in the wind. Just a lot of things that were not kept up. Shame as the home has great potential. Won’t be going back
Response from VrboOwner on 30 Aug, 2023
Hi Nancy, we’re so glad you enjoyed the property and the wonderful pool, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following: - We have conducted a thorough inspection of all three grills on site. The Traeger smoker, free-standing smoker, and gas grill in the outdoor kitchen are all currently functioning correctly. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home - Both sliding doors are equipped with screens, but we sincerely apologize for the four ripped window screens. These were unfortunately damaged by a previous guest. We have taken steps to rectify the situation by ordering replacement screens, which are currently on backorder. As soon as they arrive, we will promptly install them We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for.
