One (very short) block to the best beach in Pismo. Your Central Coast, ocean view retreat awaits! This beach funhouse, which resides one block away from coastal access in the heart of Pismo Beach, is ready for you, your family, and friends! Soft sand beaches and Old West Cinnamon Rolls are just steps away, with plenty of dining, shopping, and the pier all within a few walking blocks. Take the nearby steps down to catch some surf or a pick-up game of beach volleyball. The residence is in excellent condition and finished with light and bright finishes, with an abundance of natural light flowing in from the picture windows and large sliding doors. The home was designed with an open floor plan, with the dining, kitchen, living room, and powder room flowing seamlessly into one another and opening to the front deck, all overlooking the beautiful ocean. The living space has sliding doors, ventilating windows, plantation shutters, large ceiling fans, and a great front deck for an indoor-outdoor living environment for those tasty barbecues. Upstairs offers a large primary bedroom with lovely views of the ocean and the Pismo pier. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower with a pebble mosaic tile floor, two sinks, and nice fixtures. An additional well-appointed bedroom and bathroom can be found on this floor as well. The entry level of the property provides a private en-suite guest room with a well-appointed bathroom, providing easy living. This special property includes a large rooftop deck that offers 360-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and coastal hillsides. Perfect getaway place and town

The home was great - we relaxed and were able to walk to many of the main Pismo sites and main places. Great food nearby and steps from the beautiful beach. Everyone nearby was super friendly and made our stay esta special.

It was a great time. The house was perfectly clean, well lit, and had plenty of amenities. The location is perfect. A block away from the beach, and a block away from the cinnamon roll store. We had a blast.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a lovely time and the location was supreme. Our only complaint is that the floors of the house were very dirty. When walking around barefoot or in socks the floors left our feet/ socks black.

We really enjoyed our stay! Both Jenny and Kim were very helpful and prompt when we had questions. Two of the six of us have trouble climbing stairs - so a bit more info about there being three stories could assist folks. But it all worked out very pleasantly! Thank you and many blessings!

A beachy dream

We had a wonderful time staying at this spacious condo while visiting the area for a family reunion. The ocean views are lovely, the roof deck is a great bonus, and every room was comfortable and well-appointed. The location is incredible, a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and the pier. I’d suggest updating the couch soon as it was a bit saggy and hard to get out of, but otherwise everything was great. We'd love to return some day!

Overall the Condo was nice and in a great location. The couch was so hard to sit in and very uncomfortable to get in and out of. I would recommend a new couch. But other than that, they provided everything we needed for our week stay, including hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and even had two beach chairs and an umbrella!! I would definitely stay here again!!

Comfortable House w Roof Deck Close to the Pier

You can’t beat the location. It’s a few blocks from the pier and a 3 min walk to an entrance to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable with a balcony and a roof deck—great for your morning coffee or a nice sunset. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room is nice with a big tv and all of the bedrooms are comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrible Parking

The place was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was ok. We were not happy with the parking at all. We couldn't find a parking place even though we had a parking pass. We wish we could have used the garage to park our vehicles.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with easy access to the best restaurants and a short drive to Avila Beach, where we loved watching the seals near the pier. You never truly know how comfortable a home will be until you’re there, but this one was perfectly appointed. The furniture was thoughtfully chosen, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable—we all slept so well! The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, from extra trash bags and cleaning supplies to coffee, beach chairs, and towels. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Pismo Beach, look no further—this is it! We can’t wait to come back!
