Your cozy getaway awaits in Ship Bottom at this beautiful house. The home is centrally located on Long Beach Island with easy access on and off the island. With 4 bedrooms, including 3 queen beds, 1 twin bunk bed, and 1 twin standalone bed, there's plenty of space for all your guests. The 3 bathrooms, complete with a tub/shower, ensure everyone can freshen up comfortably. Plus, you'll find all the essentials like AC, heating, a washing machine, and WiFi. Need some extra room? There are 2 additional spaces, both living rooms with a Queen sofa bed each. Whether you're lounging indoors or exploring the city, this delightful property is a great place to call homebase while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Recently installed 3 stage water filter under kitchen sink.

Amenities include an outdoor shower and outdoor seating area. Also included are 6 beach badges and beach chairs, along with beach accessories(beach cart, buckets for kids, umbrella, shovels, etc.)


There are no towels/linens/ soaps provided. The renter needs to provide their own or rent them through a service on the island. A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper will be provided but the renter will need to replenish them as they run out. Renters will also need to provide their own toiletries.

The beach is just 1 and a half short blocks away! Recent updates include a brand new kitchen, large living room, large master suite, air conditioning throughout the entire home. Outdoor shower, a landscaped backyard. Walking distance to dining, mini golf and arcade. Water park and amusement park are a short drive.

Absolutely No pets / parties / events.

Perfect for our purposes

We wanted a large house with good a/c that was close to the beach and that would offer the adults in the house some space away from the teenagers and their friends, and we found it. This house worked really well for this kind of trip because the adults had nice space on the 3rd floor (with our own full bathroom and kitchenette, plus a pull-out sofa) and the teenagers basically took over the second floor (3 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa, 2 full bathrooms, and adjacent deck plus a big kitchen). We couldn't even hear the kids at night (and teens stay up way later than their parents) - so the configuration helped us to get a real vacation even when we were outnumbered. The owner is really responsive and great to deal with all around, which we appreciated a lot. Would recommend a few small improvements - beds and bedspreads could be nicer, kitchen could have more gear, a/c on the 3rd floor is very loud - but we'd certainly stay there again because of the advantages described above.

The property is centrally located on the island which allows for easy travel to and from the island. This is also allows for ease of access to both North and South ends of the island while still having sights within walking distance.
