We enjoyed our stay. The house was great and very comfortable for our family, however, The second bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. My son slept on the couch 2 nights. Otherwise we enjoyed our time at the property.

This is our 5th trip to Destin and it’s our favorite place. This property was very beautiful with open concept. The walk to the beach was longer than what we expected especially with children it’s not the most convenient. The house was decently cleaned we did buy our own mop and Remop due to the floor being a bit dirty it and our socks getting black just walking inside. It was inconvenient we had to go buy hand soap and toilet paper and trash bags and paper towels. Also there are not oven mitts we had to use hand towels. We loved the option of the golf cart, we rented two nights it made it easier with beach trips. A HUGE perk is the chairs provided in the beach… they should also side note that on this private beach no tents are allowed. We’ve never experienced this and we bring a tent for child coverage and were unable to set it up due to this beach sections rule. But they allowed as many umbrellas as you wanted. We would definitely rent again and we know what to expect.
