Modern, clean, stylish space for your Southern California trip/short stay and an ideal location right on the border of LA and Orange County! 7 miles from the beach and right next to the 91 freeway. Walking distance to Cerritos Towne Center which includes Edwards Theater, Trader Joe's and nice restaurants including Wood Ranch, Niko Niko Sushi and much more. Wonderful parks nearby including Heritage Park. Every Saturday morning from. 8-12 there's a Farmers market walking distance!
The space
Clean, newly built 2 bedroom 1 bath home with brand new high end appliances including washer/dryer. Modern and sleek space with open kitchen living room/dining room area. Your view is the pool, backyard and bbq area.
Guest access
You have access to the entire home with your own private gate and key code to enter. You also have access for the pool and bbq area as well as up to 2 parking spaces in the driveway.
Other things to note
We prefer that you wear no shoes in our home, no smoking allowed in or outside the home premises.
