Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place kayaks along side of house. Do not leave by the water. Paddles and jackets are to be stored in the studio. Thank you. We hope you had a great time.
All trash must be placed into trash bags and placed at the end of the driveway, in the trash house, inside the cans. No loose trash allowed in the trash cans. Please leave the rock on the ground.
Trash pickup by the town is on Wednesday mornings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hosts were clear and thoughtful about information and suggestions for activities in the area. Very friendly town with stunning views. I will remember the seals feeding in the morning and the beautiful stars at night. Home was nicely decorated, cozy with plenty of room.

This is an amazing space! My family of 5 (parents and 3 high school kids) felt like we had our own little slice of Maine for 4 days. The house was very clean and felt comfortable and homey in the best way possible. We saw seals in the cove and enjoyed walking along the long driveway to spot wildlife. Everything was in top working order. Highly recommend! I wish we lived closer - we would rent it every summer.

The view of the bay was beautiful and the accessibility to the pier was excellent. The surroundings were very quiet, and peaceful. The daily watching of the incoming and outgoing tides was an added benefit to the stay.

Absolutely amazing property. We initially planned on visiting Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor during 1 of the days of our stay, but quickly changed our minds once we arrived. We spent all of our time at the property and enjoyed much needed family time together. This is truely a must stay at property and we will definitely return in the future. Our stay was fabulous, better than we hoped. The place is spacious enough for a family of five to sleep, gather comfortably, and find places apart. The views from sunrise to the night sky were fantastic. Lots of wildlife. The place has no visible neighbors and feels remote from the world. The house was well stocked, significantly better than any rental we've stayed in before, and with quality toiletries, herbs & spices, and more. We used the kayaks several times to explore the beautiful area. We also enjoyed hikes at two preserves in the area. We bought lobsters from the friendly fishermen at the pound across the water. We drove up to Quoddy Head, Lubec and Campobello and loved the sea views, including minke whales feeding near shore. Really, just a great week. It was hard to head home.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Milbridge area, and the house on Rays Point exceeded all of our expectations. The home and the surrounding area provided everything we needed—and so much more.The house was extremely comfortable, with multiple sleeping areas that worked perfectly for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was especially appreciated because we love to cook when we travel. We enjoyed the beautiful waterfront setting, spent lots of time on the deck (the umbrellas for shade were a wonderful touch), and went kayaking almost every day.One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible wildlife we experienced right around the property. We saw seals, eagles, deer, chipmunks, porcupines, owls, foxes, fireflies, and hummingbirds. We also loved watching the lobster boats and exploring the shoreline during low tide when we could go clamming.The host was wonderful—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated how comfortable the house remained despite the variety of weather we experienced.This was a truly special place, and we would happily return.
