The home was very spacious and the kitchen area was great, mostly everything we needed. The house was clean, backyard was a good size and private. We enjoyed our stay which included 6 adults, a very busy 3 year old and a nine month old baby.
House was in a perfect location. Close to Main Street and the beach. And close to ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard Kathleen was an awesome host, answered any questions you had. The gated yard was great. House was clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend.
The house was a perfect fit for our two families. Everything was clean and the modern kitchen with its oversized island served us well. The central location was a huge plus to explore the Cape in all directions.

Thank you Stephanie, so pleased to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay with us, we would be happy to welcome you back anytime!
It was very clean, decorated nicely and very spacious. Location was close to everything (beaches, ferry, restaurants, mall, etc.) We had a wonderful stay.
4 friends came to Barnstable to visit the Cape. This was a great location for driving up to Provincetown, and also close to the ferry for day trips to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. We toured all day and had relaxing evenings at this great home. Thank you, Kathleen!

Lori, you are welcome! So happy to hear you and your friends had a great time visiting the arear and enjoying your stay here at the house. You are welcome anytime!!
Well-equipped and conveniently located property. Open concept layout for kitchen and family room for socializing. Private, fenced backyard with a nice deck.
The house had a nice open floor plan with a master bedroom on the first floor. The kitchen was well equipped with a toaster, blender, coffee maker, air fryer. It had a good amount of glasses, plates and silverware. The back yard was fenced with a deck, gas grill, and fire pit. We enjoyed the Craigsville beach that was recommended. It was well located for the day trips that we took to Chatham, Dennis, and Sandwich.
