We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VI. The unit is spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, just remember to bring your coffee filters. My only suggestion would be for the complex to have the pre-paid parking passes in the unit prior to guests' arrival.

The top of the fridge had not been cleaned/dusted in some time.Check in was very simple as well as communication with listing agent.The kitchen wasn’t as equipped as listed, so if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, check to make sure they have what you need first.

The doors at this property were replaced within the last two years and are built heavier to withstand the Gulf-front environment, which can sometimes make them feel a bit more difficult to open.
