Fantastic Stay!

Absolutely gorgeous Condo. Great location, easy to find your way around to activities and dining. Breathtaking views of the gulf shores and easy access to the beach as well as the pools on property. Convenient covered parking. Just overall great vacation spot. We will definitely return in the future.

We’ve been coming to this area for years and another nice experience. The location is good. The property is pretty well taken care of. Lost everything you need is in the unit. We would visit again happily.

It’s a beautiful condo! Great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay however on the listing it states that it is a 4 bedroom but it is only a 3 bedroom. We bought air mattresses for the kids since the couch did not have a sleeper in it. We had an amazing time and loved our stay in the condo. The decorations were beautiful.

the best condo

We rented this unit for a long girls weekend, and it did not disappoint! Each of us were blown away with this unit. Everything you could need and more. The most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in (and we are frequent beach goers). We will definitely rent again! For the price and the location, no other condo can compare! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Nice place!

it was a great trip overall. We were a little disappointed the pool wasn’t heated, it was very cold. No outdoor hot tub, which we missed when we reviewed and chose to stay there. We would have like some type of on-site restaurant, grill, or other food option. Property was clean and the unit we stayed in had an awesome balcony, very nice place! The owners parking spot was also a really nice perk!!

Mini vacation

I hade a few issues with the cleanliness of the bathrooms the dishwasher didn't work and we had a problem with the remote controls for the TVs. We did enjoy our stay even with the issues that occurred.

Nice condo

The condo was very nice, the only drawback was that our balcony. We only go to use it one day. They closed it off to reseal it. We always in joy setting out there listening to the ocean and this time we could not.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large group: 8 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other when in the condo. Living room was spacious, kitchen was big enough, very functional. Bedrooms had good space but they didn't have to be large since we were in the pool or at the beach most of the time. The balcony was spacious. We did find the sleeper sofa to be broken when we got there but it was fixed by lunch the next day! We would rent this again in a second!

Fun girls trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this unit for numerous reasons but primary was the sofa because there were 5 women on this trip. It gave us enough room to sit and visit while in the condo. Unfortunately the sofa is old and so uncomfortable that we realized very quickly that it should have been replaced long ago. If the sofa was replaced with one same style we would return. Also dish washer was broken when we got there and someone knew it but chose to do nothing about it. Once reported it was repaired quickly.

Perfect for family with children

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for four adults and three children ranging in age from two to nine. We loved the location, ease of parking, fast elevators, clean pools and uncrowded beaches. The condo is laid out so that we were never on top of each other, tons of seating, and privacy for all. Took less than 5 minutes to check in and we were unpacked and upstairs within half an hour. We walked to the donut store across the street and enjoyed beautiful weather and food at The Gulf right down the street. My only caveat: others said the lighting in the master bathroom was terrible... Well, that is because there are DIMMERS on the right side of the switch. Use them! We are already planning a return trip to this same condo.

This condo was perfect. Everything it says it is. The parking was amazing, access amazing, comfortable, well furnished and the view amazing. The only problem we had was w the TVs. Had to have someone come look at main room TV but very nice and informative. The master bedroom tv, called the number provided and she helped me get the tv working but next day didn’t work. We survived without that tv for remainder of stay. I didn’t want to bother anyone. Overall great!! Highly recommended!!
