Great location, exactly as advertised

We had another great stay at the St. Regis. The unit is well maintained and exactly as advertised. The location is amazing. Wide open views of the ocean and pool from the deck and living room are spectacular. The convenience of going back and forth from the beach to the pool makes the whole stay very relaxing. Our kids love the ice cream shop and arcade on site as well.

Really nice location with great amenities. Unit is a little dated but otherwise equipped and clean. You’ll need to bring your own sheets and towels or pay to rent them from the agency.

July Getaway

Lovely condo, as described and well maintained. Location beautiful and view from balcony was exquisite. Would recommend to anyone considering booking. The only small thing, and it is no reflection on the hosts or condo, was parking is very tight. You are given a pass but this doesn’t guarantee a space. Most evenings we had to park at other buildings because ours was full. In my opinion this is a small price to pay for a busy season of vacationers and we loved our stay here very much!! Thank you!

Overall the property was nice, the view and location was amazing. The condo itself was very outdated and could use some upgrades. The kitchen was the biggest problem. The dishes/glasses were dirty in the cabinets and everything we used I had to wash first. I think not allowing guests to leave things washing in the dish washer at departure just makes people put their dirty dishes away in the cabinets. The knives were also so old and dull, they were unsafe to use. Our coffee maker was full of mold, which the front desk replaced. I think things need to be inspected better by the cleaning staff. Upgrades to the kitchen would go a long way! Also we were unable to do a seafood boil because there were no pots big enough. Topsail beach was absolutely beautiful and this location could not be beat! However I would probably pick another unit next time that is more updated.
