Enjoy the open living room with futon sofa and cozy den along with a flexible space that can be utilized as an office. A cot is available for those with three guests. This1890 gem also displays gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout.
Guests have full use of the entire first floor unit, and access to the shared backyard with a water view on the Salem bike path.
One driveway parking space and free street parking for other vehicles on Lemon St. (only resident street parking in October). The driveway is narrow and will not fit large SUVs or trucks, however street parking is also available.
Directions for parking: Driveway is to the right of the home when viewing from Lemon St. Ct. When using GPS, be aware that Lemon Street Court is a short street off of Lemon Street, but these are two different streets. Street parking is not permitted on Lemon St. Ct. and parking fines may be imposed for violations.
No pets, smoking, or parties are permitted in the unit.
