Conch Shell & Mistico Beach Club+Boat Shuttle

BRAND NEW LISTING with access to our very own PoolClub within the gated community. 5 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Private Villa including the Casita. Master room with king bed with its own full bathroom, two guest rooms with a shared full bathroom, king bed and queen bed. Upstairs has a room with 2 queen beds. Total beds are 6. The Casita with its own entrance has one king bed, full bathroom and kitchenette. Tile floors throughout. Full chef`s kitchen. Outdoor private Pool and sitting/dining area.

Any new bookings received as of April 1, 2026, we offer 1 inclusive roundtrip speed boat shuttle experience for each group staying a minimum of three nights. Upon arrival, each guest shall receive a complimentary drink and 10% Food and Beverage discount as a warm welcome at Mistico Beach Club. Enjoy the exclusivity and convenience of departing and returning to the Mahogany Bay Village Marina with our dedicated shuttle service.

Guests do not have access to the Hilton`s Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount! Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They`re short but may happen during your stay. Thanks for understanding!

Beautiful Property

The house is even more beautiful than it appears online. The kitchen has everything you need. The rooms are very nice, each of our group thought they were so comfortable. You have everything you need to enjoy your stay. There are 4 bedrooms and a separate on in the adjoining Casita. Check-in was seemless. We were met at by Javier ( Javi) at the ferry and he was the best driver . He also drove us to the grocery store and other places as well and was always on time. The Conch Shell Cottage is an excellent place to stsy especially if you have a group
