Beautifully remodeled house with mountain and golf course views

Beautifully remodeled 3 bed (plus den) / 2.5 bath home located on the golf course just over one mile to downtown Aspen. Remodeled in 2024, this duplex unit includes a chef's kitchen with Miele range, updated bathrooms, lighting, heating/AC and furnishings, among others. The open floor plan makes this home live large. The gourmet kitchen seamlessly merges with new sliding doors to a brand new oversized deck inviting the outdoors inside. Step onto the spacious wraparound deck space for some R&R in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the gorgeous views of Buttermilk mountain and the Aspen golf course that create the backdrop in this beautiful and private setting. Additional amenities include a BBQ, fireplace and laundry.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, two closets and a spacious bathroom with large glass shower and a freestanding bathtub. On the opposite side of the house is an oversized guest bedroom that also features a king size bed and closet. The third bedroom has a full bed and closet. There is also a bonus room with a sleep sofa that can be used as an office/den or guest bedroom. All bedrooms offer mountain and golf course views.

Well-behaved pets are allowed but must be approved in advance, with a cleaning fee. Crib available upon request.

Offering flexible rental options: weekly, monthly or seasonal. No sales tax for bookings 30 nights and over.

We wanted a place that had enough space for the family, while being pet friendly most importantly. Although there was no fence from the golf course and other dogs around away, it was still beautiful and spacious for our dogs to run around and play outside.
