About the host
Hosted by Kathy Loos

We used to live in Port Austin/Lake Township/Oak Beach at this property about 4 days a week. During COVID we made it our Full-Time home. We miss many, many things about living there, but family reasons had us moving closer (but not too close) to medical facilities with more specialized equipment.
Why they chose this property
The Sunsets at McGraw, Oak Beach and Thompson Park are so good. In fact, many people thought they were better than our sunrise and sunset photos from tropical islands and Cancun.
What makes this property unique
It's a fully operational, but non-commercial fruit farm. We grow 7 different types of fruit, and several sub-types for many. In April and May, the flower blooms as you pull down the road are amazing, with people having asked if they could setup an arch and get married there. In July, the red cherries often look like something out of a story book.
