Situated just 2 miles from Pigeon Forge and conveniently close to Dollywood & The Cal Ripken Experience, this secluded enclave is accessible via a private concrete driveway. The three rustic log cabins share ample flat parking, a spacious picnic area with a fire pit, three inviting hot tubs, and so much more. The centerpiece is a 3-level main cabin boasting 6 bedrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests and perfect for communal gatherings. A second cabin spans two levels, housing 3 beds and 2 baths, comfortably sleeping 10 guests. The third cabin, a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath abode, accommodates 4 guests and serves as an intimate getaway. In total, this retreat provides ample room for 30 guests to find their own space and settle in comfortably. With three well-equipped kitchens and two game rooms featuring amenities like a pool table, foosball, air hockey, Plus a theater room, your group will have a variety of engaging activities to enjoy. Bring your entire village with you down to The Settlement next time you visit the Great Smoky Mountains! Please be aware The Settlement is atop a steep driveway with a switchback. However, rest assured that it is both paved and textured for your convenience. During the winter season, we recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle.

Best trip ever! Our company celebrated 30 years together this year, so we chose the Settlement. We were extremely pleased to find the cabins had everything and more to accommodate all 22 people. Super comfortable and inviting. The firepit area and hot tubs were amazing. The game room and movie room were filled with joy and laughter. Countless memories were definitely made this trip.

The property was as described and perfectly met the needs of our family reunion. It had nice sleeping and eating options in each cabin with the the largest cabin having enough space for everyone to eat and socialize. They're also a nice outdoor space conveniently located between all the cabins.

Cabins were clean and cozy, the hot tubs were warm upon arrival, we were allowed to check in early which was amazing. Two of the beds were not made up (and we couldn't find extra sheets) so I contacted the property manager and they communicated immediately and sent over someone to make the beds very quickly. The grounds had a few bottles and cans around which was a bummer. The driveway is VERY steep, which I don't believe was put in the listing but definitely referred to in the reviews. A couple of staples would have been nice, like cooking oil or shampoo, but we figured it out. Overall it was a great stay and we had few complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at Santa Magdalena with our two young children. The location is perfect - incredibly private but right on the edge of Mahon and walkable into the center of town. There are beautiful beaches less than a 15 minute drive away and lots of shops etc within a few minutes’ drive. The well maintained pool provided endless hours of fun for our family. Francisco is lovely and very responsive, replying to queries straight away and even heading out to buy a replacement coffee machine the same morning we mentioned the one in the villa was broken. Worth mentioning for anyone travelling with a family that the villa is light on accessories - no books, games, toys or pool equipment - so best to pack plenty of your own or plan to buy some at the Aldi nearby. We had a constant battle with ants in the kitchen. I’m told that’s true of a lot of homes in Menorca this time of year, especially those that are older and more rural, but a bit of sealing around the kitchen window might help. That said, it didn’t affect our enjoyment of the house and our holiday. We will definitely be back for another stay!
