Located on South Padre Island, one of the most popular beach destinations in the U.S., your vacation days can be as active or laid-back as you choose. Whether you’re sunbathing, reading, or enjoying an evening drink, the home offers multiple spaces to relax in total privacy. Start the morning with ocean time—swimming in warm Gulf waters, horseback riding along the shoreline, or parasailing high above the coast. By afternoon, return home to unwind in the pool, lounge in the sun, or relax under the waterfall with a drink in hand.

The home features 2 spacious king master suites, each with private en-suite bathrooms, 1 has direct access to the pool & 1 has access to the private balcony. The third bedroom is a fun & functional bunk room, perfect for kids or extra guests, & includes a twin bunk bed and a twin w/trundle.

The kitchen is fully stocked, and you’ll find modern appliances, ample cookware, & everything needed to prepare meals. Enjoy casual seating at the kitchen island, or gather around the dining table which seats 4–6 guests. Prefer to dine outdoors? The front balcony provides a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine while taking in the island breeze. In the backyard, a patio picnic table offers a scenic garden setting perfect for a BBQ.

Second-floor balconies offer elevated views for both sunrise & sunset, complemented by soothing ocean sounds & refreshing sea breezes, an ideal setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply unwinding throughout the day. Downstairs, the private tropical backyard creates a relaxing island-inspired retreat with 10' x 15' heated plunge pool features a soothing waterfall, lush landscaping, shaded seating areas, and plenty of space to enjoy after a day at the beach. The covered patio features comfortable outdoor seating, grills, & a picnic table, making it easy to gather for meals while enjoying the coastal breeze. Just beyond the patio, you'll find a spacious sunbathing deck furnished with loungers & outdoor seating surrounding the pool area. (Pool heating is available for an additional fee.)
