The apartment was clean and super cute. The only thing to note in the actual town was Douglas Beach, which was a 5-minute drive and a really pretty beach. Holland, South Haven, and St. Joseph were all close, and this apartment made for a good in-between for these towns.

Overall a good stay. We had some miscommunication with another tenant but the property manager was very swift in helping us with the situation. A very nice place with good amenities and proper cleanliness.

Convenient and clean

Newer, clean and comfy. Sofa bed sucks for sleeping and needs a cover for extra duvet cover.

The check-in process was easy and the instructions were clear. While there was a kit for us to use in the kitchen with dishwashing soap, laundry pods, sponge, etc., it would have been nice to have a separate soap to use rather than sharing one with the bathroom.

Home itself was average. We had enough supplies for a quick start. They were very responsive (within minutes) if I had a question or issue. Home was within minutes to saugatuck and Douglas beach.

Nice location close to lots of activities

The location of the property is great. Very near Douglas and Saugatuck, with so much to do in the area. Plenty of space for my family as well. Small issue with checking in since the address I was sent was for a different property on site, but we quickly realized the mistake and were able to get in. After hours support was very responsive, and I appreciated how quick they were to communicate. The property wasn't super clean. On our second-to-last day, we noticed a large bubble that formed on the drywall ceiling in the shower that had water leaking from it. With liquid of unknown origin dripping down, we decided not to shower. I reported the issue, and once again, the property was quick to respond. Given the time, it was too late to send someone out to look.
