The fully equipped kitchen and tasteful decor add to the ambiance of comfort and tranquility. Whether you're planning a getaway or a family vacation, our property, with its comfortable sleeping arrangements for eight adults, three full baths - one with a jet shower, two living rooms with TVs, and a spacious top wrap-around deck, is the perfect choice.

Indulge in the serenity of our private Peace of the Lake! We invite you to experience our newly renovated four-bedroom, three-bath home, designed for a peaceful lakeside retreat overlooking Canandaigua Lake. The four bedrooms offer ample sleeping space, including two queens (one a master ensuite), one double, and one room with two twins. Step outside and enjoy the sunsets from the patio and deck! There is nothing like your morning coffee on the deck while you listen to the birds around our pollinator garden.

Our location is ideal, with easy access to hiking trails, various restaurants, Wegmans, the CMAC performing arts center, wineries/breweries, and all the Finger Lakes offers.

Experience the luxury of our private lake access, a unique feature exclusive to residents of our small association. Just a 3-minute walk to the private dock, complete with picnic tables, and indulge in sunbathing and swimming off the dock. We're also conveniently close to a public beach and marina for more water adventures.

Our property is designed to cater to your every need. Enjoy the luxury of double decks for sunset viewing and al fresco dining, a game room complete with foosball, games, and puzzles, a large TV for entertainment, and a laundry room for your convenience. A new infrared 2-person sauna is also available on the premises, offering a perfect way to unwind. The second TV and living area upstairs in the spacious dining room/kitchen provides additional comfort and entertainment options.

A fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, cookware, an espresso maker, a blender, a mixer, and pantry staples (spices, oils, etc.) is provided. A gas grill, two bikes with helmets, beach chairs, and towels are also provided.

It's all you need for a great getaway with family or friends in any season. It is truly a chance to enjoy our little "Peace of the Lake!"

Perfect Canandaigua Lake Location!

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. Laurie the owner was responsive to all our requests and always available for our questions. The sunsets from the decks were spectacular, the location to the lake was great and we had our own private little beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Used the infrared sauna every day and loved the feeling afterward. Lots of information of the benefits of the sauna was available and I really enjoyed the peaceful feeling. Laurie had lots of "zen" books available to enhance the peaceful feeling of being on the lake. The only little thing was the driveway was a bit challenging to ascend as there is gravel and it is a bit steep, but we were told about this and we got used to it. Thank you for a great stay! Would love to come back again.

Hi. My husband and I have raised our family and lived in Canandiagua for almost 40 years. We lovingly renovated this lakeside home to be a place to rest, relax, and enjoy family time. We are frequent travelers, so we tried to include everything we want and enjoy in the homes we rent.

Why they chose this property

Our home is in a small private association on a "quiet" private street with amazing lake views! A short walk to our own lake access makes it easy to enjoy the lake. We are also a very short drive to a public beach with a lifeguard, great for kids and swimming, as well as local attractions, including wineries, breweries, outdoor concert venues, and hiking.

The view! Although we are on a hill - the view is worth it!
