Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Leave dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom. -DO NOT make the bed if it has been slept in. -Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the dishwasher. -Remove all personal items.
-Clean filter/coffee grounds/K-Cups from coffee makers. Remove water from Keurig. -Remove all food you brought from the refrigerator and pantry. -Place trash in the gray bins on far side of garage.
-Set thermostat: -85 F Cool setting March - October. -62 F Heat setting November - February. -Turn off all lights, fans, lock doors, and close window shutters. Verify deadbolt locks on exit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Goode house was great.

Family in for graduation weekend. Great location relative to our student’s home and Reed Arena. This home checked all the boxes for us. Plenty of beds for all of the olders to sleep on and no futons or blow up air mattresses!!

Graduation Gem

Everything was just as described and perfect for our family’s stay for graduation. All the grandparents and kids had their own space, and we had fun all together with the open living and dining room. We’ll definitely be back!

We had our relatives in from out of town and our family stayed in house and it was great!! Awesome location and Will was great to communicate with.. Great location

The location was great and the place was extremely clean. We were down for a football tournament and booked this property based on the fact that the listing stated it had a hot tub. I mentioned to the host that there wasn’t a hot tub and then he stated that he would contact VRBO and quickly fixed the listing. I would just advise that he paid closer attention to the details when listing a property.

Dustin, I apologize for the confusion on the listing. I have multiple listings and this was not the only one that somehow was mis-listed with a hot tub. Again, I offered a 100% refund at time of check-in for you to find a place that more suited your needs. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
