Guest must pay electric bill to host.
Will only rent to two adults.
$100 occupancy building fee required.

About the host

The condo association requires that I lease for a consecutive three month period with a lease. Renters must also pay $120 per moth on electric and a $200 cleaning fee. Also a building $100 application fee.

Jensen Beach is a barrier island. My condo is ocean front, just go downstairs walk a few steps and you are on the beach.
