Wonderful stay

We ranged in age from 13 to 75-a family group of ten. This worked perfectly for us with enough rooms and bathrooms for privacy and rest when needed. The pool was so appreciated. Such a good size that we could all fit in! We are not used to hot weather so it was a much needed cool down each day. Thank you Gabriel. Cheers, Tricia and Jerry

Internet and cable didn’t work

The two bedrooms were connected so you have to walk thru 1 to get to the other. I had to work on this trip so not having internet was not good but the manager really tried and was very nice No discount for no cable or internet.

The internet outage for the first few days was due to the internet provider's cables not working so it was out of our control. We worked diligently to report the issue and get it fixed as soon as possible. Once the provider replaced their cables the internet worked fine. The two bedrooms in the main house are connected, as described in the description. However, the door between them can be locked and there are two other doors to reach the Master bedroom: the pool terrace and the back courtyard.

Phenomenal Beach Home

I stayed at this property with my extended family (mom, siblings, etc.) over the week of Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful time! The property was spotless, fully equipped with everything we could have needed, and close to a lot of shops, restaurants and the beach. All the trips / add-ons they recommended, including airport transfer and Catamaran tour, were excellent. Would definitely visit Costa Rica and this property again!

Un forgettable family reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect home for our family reunion. It was a total of 13 of us and it was very accommodating and private for all my family members. I had great support from Gabriel, he was always on top of what we needed. We had a last minute change, pick up time for my family member changed and Gabriel still managed to make sure my family members still had someone who would pick them up. The location was amazing, walking distance from the beach, the Main Street in Jaco where all the restaurants and super market are. I would recommend this property and management company to anyone. Thank you again Gabriel for making our Jaco visit a wonderful experience. Doris Perdomo

Quiet and close

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all had a great time in this spacious, comfortable, and private home. The property is very close to the main strip in Jaco but just far enough to get away from it all. You will not need a car, unless you are planning on traveling outside of Jaco and that is not part of the many tour guides available. There's plenty of space to cook and entertain.

Great House

Very good house to rent, has everything you need in a house for a vacation. House is in the heart of Jaco and perfect location. Property Manager was very helpful and nice. We arrived late from the airport, he still came to meet us at the house and show us everything around the house. Also anytime i emailed him about a question he replied back asap. I will be back.
