I needed a hassle free getaway more than ever & this property as well as the host, exceeded my expectations. Very helpful, promptly answering any questions i had. Definitely will recommend to others!
Wonderful quiet neighborhood close walking to a main shopping/restaurant area, but best of all our 1yr old grandson! The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. Safety, cleanliness, close proximity to family and affordability were what we were looking for and found it! We will gladly return again. Thank you Parker and family.
Perfect studio for visiting Alameda. Very close to Park street so you can walk to cafes and restaurants easily. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and felt very cozy and welcoming. Hosts were totally accommodating without being overbearing. Their onboarding/arrival guides are somehow on the level of major modern hotel chains and provides all any any information you might need. 10/10, would stay again!
You can not get a more perfect location in Alameda. Easy on street parking. Set up as a small studio apartment. Nice layout. Great communication with host. Two things to note for some.
1. You are staying in ground level walkout. Ceilings are seven feet which may not be as comfortable if you are tall.
2. You can clearly hear when the host is vacuuming which seemed to be every other day and also footsteps and the dog. Probably not room for additional sound proofing.
That said, I would absolutely recommend and plan to stay there again.
