Definitely would stay again

Enjoyed our stay. Absolutely loved the beds, extremely comfortable. The hot tub was extremely relaxing. Host helped us get in early, and answered all our concerns. Would definitely stay agin!

Perfect stay an close to everything

This recently renovated home was the perfect place for a long weekend. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and breweries. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Alan was very responsive and friendly.

Alan the property manager is great. Friends and I, had some problems with the booking. Alan helped us out with it and their was no extra charges for the booking mistake and confusion that my I made. What do improve, just more paper products in the bathrooms and mixing bowls in the kitchen. Thanks Alan for a great trip in louisville ky.

Hints for a perfect place

the kitchen stove top did not work at all The main floor shower had a glass door that must have shattered from past quest..one of our girls had glass sliver after showering so it was not cleaned up from cleaners. There were no hanging places for main level bedroom…hooks would have helped. You need a halltree in living room to hang coats.the hot tub was disgustingly dirty…brown foam floating and when we were in the chlorine tabs were completely still formed so it showed that the tub was never left on for them to absorb in the tub. We never used it because of the water quality. Inform your quests of the market across the street that was fantastic…especially since we couldn’t cook in our place. GREAT LOCATION and we just recommended it for July guests but please heed our comments.

AC was phenomenal. We were there on some of the hottest days of the year and it didn't have a problem keeping up. It was too hot to use the hot tub but the times we did it was very relaxing. Had lots of glassware, plates, and silverware. The washer and dryer worked amazing. Free coffee pods. The showers were amazing! Nice water pressure and very roomy. Beds were very comfortable. The iron and ironing board were a nice perk. One bedroom you could hear the traffic but the others you couldn't.As others noted the parking at times was hard to find but by the evening or in the mornings there was always an open spot to park right in front of the house. Our kids really enjoyed the arcade across the street. Worked amazing for our group of 4 adults and 7 children (many of the kids in their upper teen years). The host Alan was easy to get ahold of and answered our questions very quickly. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

House was very clean! Beds were comfortable and the washing machine and dryer came in handy! Hot tub was also amazing even on a hot days! Logan Street Market across the street has good food and amazing people working there However, we had a heck of a time getting in the front door, keypad is all scratched up, parking is horrible there, not the owners fault but something to be aware of. House sleeps 12, we had 12 people and it was not big enough to seat 12 people. There is a hole in the floor in front of the washing machine I kept stepping in when using the washing machine.Overall, cheap stay, clean house with good beds.
