Return to serenity of Squam on this quiet cove in a comfortable family home. Home is located on a peninsula with over 800 feet of frontage. Spacious screened porch with extra large table for gatherings. Large dock with stairs to the water enjoyed by those who love swimming, boating or just relaxing. Primary, Upstairs bedroom includes skylight over the bed for stargazing, a sitting area and a workspace if you need it. There is also a loft area with 2 twin beds and a piano. The living area includes comfy sofas for conversation. The kitchen includes microwave, fridge, stove/oven, dishwashing is done by hand. Other amenities include a charcoal grill. Additional amenities, at a minimal cost, include use of tesla charger and host provided linens.
