Introducing, freshly painted buildings in 'Beachy' colors, for your vacation pleasure, 'One Particular Harbor' my FULLY APPOINTED beach condo on the quieter "West End" of popular Panama City Beach. Located right on Front Beach Rd, when you stay here, you are literally steps to the sugar white sand while avoiding the high prices! Easy, close parking, keyless entry and no long check in lines make this the place to stay!

This unit features a queen bed and a sofa. It has room to bring a blow up mattress if you have small children, but no sleeper sofa. This condo WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE 4 ADULTS. You might possibly be comfortable with 3 adults if one of them sleeps on an air mattress in the living Room.. Please do not request or book if you are four adults. I want to make sure all of my guests are comfortable and have a great time!

You will fall in love with Sand Castles West due to it's great location on the West End, it's location right on Front Beach Road and the easy access to the beaches. You get to avoid the long check in lines every weekend you find in the high rise behemoths down the beach.

Here at Sand Castles there are many owner occupied units so you will find pride of ownership and friendly long term residents! We are a smaller boutique complex with two pools and easy parking right near your unit! No long walks from your car. You do have a set of stairs to access the first floor so, my apologies, but it is not a wheelchair friendly unit.

Panama City Beach has the whitest, nicest, softest sand in the U.S. and crystal clear gulf waters that are world class!! Calm, clear waters. Smooth, soft sand. Gently sloping, shallow beaches. And an abundance of wildlife for photography buffs as well!

Panama City Beach has two personalities! The east end of PCB is known as the party hotspot, with arcades, miniature golf, go-carts, and bars and restaurants galore!. The West End is known for more of a family environment, with quieter beaches and the upscale amenities of popular Pier Park nearby. While the east-end is known for nightclubs and traffic, the west-end is known for its natural beauty and sunsets (and you should see the stars at night ... to die for!). To emphasize, you will be on the WEST-end.

Decorated with relaxing and informal beachy decor, you will feel on vacation as soon as you dock at "One Particular Harbor". We've used colors intended to calm the mind and soothe the soul - but isn't that why you come to the beach? And it is fully appointed, from kitchen to the master bedroom ... you will want for nothing! Newly installed is a Smart TV with free Netflix and a wireless Bluetooth sound bar to play your favorite beachy tunes!

PLEASE NOTE- 'One Particular Harbor' is a NON-SMOKING unit and Sand Castles West DOES NOT ALLOW COLLEGE spring break groups and DOES NOT ALLOW RENTERS UNDER 25 years old. NO EXCEPTIONS. Also please note that Smoking is ONLY allowed in certain posted areas. Thank you for adhering to the smoking policy. Sorry, NO pets

Property was clean and neat with all amenities needed for our stay! Conveniently located across the street from beach with chair rentals available. Also has a pool which came in handy when a beach break was needed. Jennifer was super easy to work with and handled all of our requests punctually and communicated very easily. This was my first time to stay in this unit! What a treat! The cozy place had everything I needed for an amazing price! The complex is clean and inviting and the condo was everything I expected.......bright, spacious, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen....... And that beach is to die for! Just steps away is your slice of heaven! My favorite beach on the planet! The room was also near shopping and restaurants and was 'happening' while not being TOO over the top crazy.... Jennifer was great to work with and she went the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable and memorable! I will be back again and share the news with all my friends!

The location was great. You are within walking distance of a CVS and Winn-Dixie. If you need to go to Wal-Mart it's a 7 min trip in the car. The beach is very easily accessible and to our surprise wasn't extremely busy like what we have seen in the passed at other areas on PCB on Memorial Day Weekend. There are chair and umbrella rentals as soon as you walk out on the beach. We had all the amenities needed. When we had any questions, Jennifer was just an email or text away. The bed was so comfy. Down side to the bedroom was the sun popping up in the morning. It makes it extremely bright in there at 6 AM lol. All and all we had a fabulous stay. We will most definitely be back next year. Thank you so much Jennifer for your hospitality!

Overview

We weren’t in the room much. It is small but that’s stated in the description. We didn’t have any problems with it since there was just two of us. It was a little more warm in the room than we liked and didn’t want to mess too much with the thermostat and cause it to freeze.

Good for a quick weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed here after Covid ruined our plans to go to NYC. I have been going to PCB since I was a kid; I love PCB! This is on the quiet end which was nice because we actually wanted to just have some peace and quiet on this trip. It is an older property but parking was convenient and we were able to go back and forth from the beach across the street easily. It is small so I would definitely say no more than 2 adults. It was good for a weekend getaway.

We had a great stay at this property. The unit was VERY clean upon arrival! Parking under a covered shelter was nice so that our vehicle didn’t have to stay out in the heat all day. Great location next to Winn Dixie and a few nice little restaurants. We were very pleased!
