UCLA move in

Well, the day I was leaving the manager contacted me and moved us properties. The location was great. That's about it. And, we didn't spend much time in the apartment except to sleep. However, we left a day early and I requested a refund, no response. I did change my dates but this apartment is run down and just not great. I wanted to give it better ratings but the location is the best part.

Not impressed.

We didn’t stay in the property listed. The host switched us to a different property a few days before. When we got to the property, it was not cleaned at all. We contacted the host and he got the cleaner to come, but we had to wait an hour before he got there, and wait another couple hours before he left. I contacted Vrbo and told them the problem and requested a refund and they said we can’t help you because you’re not at the property listed, and the host would have to refund us. We contacted the host and he said could get a credit for a different place, but the cleaner, who was very kind by the way, was finishing and it was around 9pm at night in LA, so we just decided to stay. The host didn’t give us any kind of cleaning credit at all:( The neighborhood seemed safe, but we definitely won’t stay here again.

Aufenthalt nicht zufriedenstellend!!!

Glücklicherweise haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen, dadurch haben wir getrennte Schlafzimmer bekommen. Leider haben wir direkt beim betreten der Unterkunft festgestellt, dass diese nicht Korrekt gesäubert wurde. Bettwäsche hatte Flecken, genauso wie alle Handtücher, einige Oberflächen waren auch nicht gereinigt, da hilft auch kein Upgrade… Auf Nachfrage der Reinigung, haben wir keine Antwort erhalten. Wir haben das beste daraus gemacht, werden diese Unterkunft aber nicht mehr buchen und nicht weiter empfehlen. Schade…
