Situated on a double lot surrounded by trees, this cozy New Buffalo house offers a shaded oasis perfect for family getaways or groups of friends, no matter the time of year. In the summer, guests can take a leisurely stroll or ride in the provided golf cart and wagon (children may not drive it, nor can it be taken to the golf course- Available Memorial Day - Labor Day) to the private beach for a day of sun and sand. For those who want to venture further, numerous scenic parks, golf courses, museums, tourist attractions, and local restaurants are all only a short drive away.

Inside, you’ll find a welcoming open-concept living space and an abundance of natural light. Lounge blissfully as you watch your favorite shows or head over to the well-equipped kitchen to make anything from a cup of coffee to hearty meals. During the warmer months, sear your meals to perfection on the gas grill as the kids frolic in the yard. Indulge together inside or eat on the screened-in porch to feel the warm breeze as you dine. As the evening’s activities wind down, retreat to any of the comfortable beds for a good night’s rest. Thoughtful touches like closet organizers, books to peruse, and a guitar for the musically inclined in the primary bedroom truly make this a home away from home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
