The property is a mile from the beach which lends itself to nice walks to town to grab a bite to eat or shopping. The neighborhood is quite but close to many of the local amenities.

What makes this property unique

The property is located in a quite community, with a big back yard with many amenities. In the yard is a grill, fire pit and hot tub. As well as yard games. And if you are there in the fall a small apple tree which you can help yourself to some apples.
