Playa Azul, Beachfront Oasis, Family-friendly Pools

** low season November- February pools are not heated enough for the cold weather. Only spas are comfortably warm/ hot.
* We are 25 minutes from the main town
* Restuarant and bar on site (closed on Wednesday)
* Quiet time hours after 1000pm.
* Studio has kitchen (strongly suggested: bring all your cooking needs from the grocery store before
arriving, drinking water available upon arrival only)
* general cooking and eating utensils are provided however they cannot be taken out of the condo, or
to the pool area.
* The resort is growing, with more amenities coming, so expect to see ongoing construction areas with the new tower next door.
* 1 king-size bed and a full-size sofa bed. Extra bedding is available for the sofa bed.
* Shower towels available and Beach towels are available to use in the condo. Beach towels are not longer available at the lobby.
* Approximately 3-mile dirt, dirt, dirt path entrance from the Main highway to the resort, "Playa Azul" signs are posted on the main highway, for turn-out to the dirt path and while on route to resort.
* Small grill in patio with patio table and lounge chairs to enjoy the sun and breeze.
* Shampoo, hand soap, and conditioner provided if needed, or if you forgot to bring them.
* Rules and restrictions to the resort and condo will be posted and enforced. Must wear wristbands at all times during your stay at the resort, they will be provided in the lobby.

General Rules
1. The person whose name is on the reservation must be present and present a valid form of photo identification to receive your wristbands at the front desk.
2. Rental guests are prohibited from bringing pets on the property, regardless or breed or size.
3. Smoking inside the condos and villas is strictly prohibited. If found smoking a fee of $250 USD will be charged and will be cause for eviction from the property.
4. No fireworks or bonfires are permitted on the property.
5. Motorized vehicles of any type, including ATVs are prohibited on the Beach. ATV’s and trailers must be parked on the perimeter of the parking lots. Playa Azul Resort Management reserves the right to request that a guest move their trailer if necessary.
6. Only registered Playa Azul Resort guests are permitted inside the resort.
7. Loud music or behavior that is disruptive to other guests is strictly prohibited.
8. Pool and hot tub rules are posted throughout the resort and must be followed by all Resort guests and owners.
9. No glass is allowed at the pool at any time.
10. Pool not heated entirely during winter/ low season (Not enough to comfortably swim). Jacuzzi is heated throughout the year.
11. Each unit at Playa Azul Resort is privately owned. Furniture and decorations may change from time to time. Playa Azul Resort updates the photos on a timely basis but cannot guarantee your unit will look exactly as it does on our website.
12. In the event of water or electrical outages that may occur that Playa Azul Resort does not have control over, we are willing to compromise, however there is no guarantee on full refund or exchanges.
13. Additional Resort rules are posted throughout the resort and are incorporated.
14. Tents are not allowed in the pool area. No se permiten carpas en el area de la alberca.
