Perfect Beach Location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place is perfectly located, everything you could want at your doorstep. Perfect beach, big balcony to sit on and stare at the water, Pool....the list goes on. Winter Escape

From beginning to end Manasota Key doesn’t disappoint. The condo had everything we needed from a nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of Bath towels, beautiful sunsets and dolphins frocking right of the beach. We will definitely miss it and be back again.

Gulf view from balcony. A quick walk to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants or a free golf cart ride. Condo needs nothing. Very clean. Great neighbors. Relaxing. Covered parking. We cooked 70% of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful beach walks every day, incredible sun sets, beach umbrellas, chairs, beach bikes. We will be back!

Manasota key

Building was undergoing exterior renovation and there was constant noise,equipment and workers during the day. I would have expected them to let us know before staying there. The door locks were difficult to use as they only worked after trying two or three times. Kitchen cabinets and counter tops were delaminating and bathroom needed to be updated

Beautiful location on the beach!

My husband & I just loved this condo and hope to return to this complex in the future. The kitchen was the most fully stocked we have ever seen and so was the storage room with tons of beach items and grill. The king sized bed was very very comfortable which was a pleasant surprise. The steps up to the condo were quite a few for all of our luggage but manageable. The pool heater was broken most of our stay but finally repaired to our delight. All the other condo neighbors were friendly & we enjoyed the nightly sunset gathering. Sitting on our lanai listening to the ocean waves was our favorite thing to do when not on the beach. Book this beauty if you can & you won't be disappointed!

Very comfortable.

This condo was clean and well stocked and very comfortable. We had everything we needed, not only inside the condo but also for the beach and recreation. The screened lanai was a favorite place to be with a view of the ocean and the beach. And being on the beach was wonderful. And being walking distance to town was a great bonus. We spent a lovely month in this place and hope to do it again.

March warmup

Everything worked out better than expected. The condo was great as was the laid back beach community. Close to several golfing friends. Just a super location for all our needs. One thing to fix. The cushion on the chaise lounge on the lanai is totally worn out. Looking forward to 6 weeks next year. Dave and Patty

The condo was great for two people and the supply of beach chairs- umbrella- and towels was fantastic as most places do not have that which is hard. Location was prime.

No Beach

The condo was quite lovely. It had everything I needed and then some. It was very comfortable. I was however exceedingly disappointed that there was no beach at all. I guess I misunderstood the description.

It was very comfortable.” We understand that you “misunderstood the description” of the property, which in no way was our fault as we clearly describe the condo and the beach options. This in no way should indicate a three-star rating. As explained in our description, our beach is currently being replaced with a county re-nourishment program and our prices were reduced to reflect the situation. Our beach will be in place this month. Manasota Key has three other beaches on the island within a very short distance of the unit. We were very upset to see your rating as it affects our business and we hope future guests can interpret your low rating as part of your frustration with yourself and not our lovely property and available amenities.

Excellent Gulf view Condo

The condo was a pleasant surprise as it was nicer than I had expected and completely stoked with all i needed in the kitchen and even had beach towels, and beach chairs etc. Only disappointment was that there is currently no beach, but there is one just down the the street so that made it pretty easy. Great area and great hosts! My plans changed causing me to arrive early, and they let me in several hours ahead of check in. They were very accompdating. Highly reccomend.

Very, very clean and well equipped condo. Everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and at Manasota Key. I do feel very bad that your beach has disappeared, but it was very easy for us to go up the road about a mile to Blind Pass Beach which was awesome. We found the condo to be very comfortable and the folks staying there were very friendly although worried that we would not enjoy ourselves without the beach right there. Plenty of places to go explore and we enjoyed getting our power walks every day on the main road, which was very quiet. Thank you for everything. We will return. We LOVE the west coast.

Comfort with a view

Stayed in F206. Lanai had a great view of the Gulf while getting plenty of sunshine. Owners were very accommodating, willing to correct any issues immediately. The Murphy bed was perfect for guests! Kitchen was well stocked. Condo was within walking distance of 3 restaurants. Weather was perfect. Unfortunately, mother nature was somewhat fickle this year with taking away some beach. However, the two counties involved are making plans to correct the entire shoreline.
