About this property

2A-Studio near UofO, Hayward Field, Hult Ctr & DT

This is a newly remodeled and decorated unit for your comfort and enjoyment. Just a short walk to Vero’s coffee shop and cafe or McMenimums Brewery along with many other restaurants and other shopping within blocks.

This booking is for studio apt 2A. This is the middle lower unit.

My co-host Amanda and I can be reached thru the Airbnb site at any time if you need anything

The studio is near multiple restaurants and shopping. Only 6 blocks to the U of O campus and 1.1 miles to Hayward Field walking or 1.5 miles driving. 4 Blocks to District Hospital and 6 miles to RiverBend Hospital.

Easy walking and biking throughout the area and a bus route just 2 blocks away. Also a grab and go bike just blocks away.

All bedding including comforter and all other cloth items are completely cleaned per guidelines for your personal use.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am
Please take care of the unit and it’s belongings and leave in the same condition as you arrived. Clean and replace all kitchen items in cupboards on your day of departure.
Please be respectful of my full-time tenants that live in my other units.
As a courtesy, could you notify us in the app on your day of departure when you have vacated the unit.

Perfect Little Spot

Stayed for the weekend and had a lovely time. Close to Amazon, running/walking distance to Pre’s. Close UofO and Hayward. Host was gracious enough to provide ample recommendations and all turned out to be great. Would choose to stay here again.

Great Little Place

This studio is amall, but it has everything you need. The area is awesome - so many g[d resyaurants and coffee shops. We went to a concert at UO, and it was an easy walk.

The parking was difficult because it’s in a student area and I suspect some of the spots reserved for this apartment were being used by others. The biggest advantage to this property was the close proximity to Oregon U. Overall, it was a good experience.

Nice convenient location

Came into town to move my Duck home after graduation and this was the perfect place for me to come back to for the few nights in town. It isn’t luxury but it has all the necessities. Was very clean and felt cozy.

This is such a great location and walkable to downtown Eugene and University of Oregon. We were in town visiting my daughter who is in school and attending a Ducks football game. Was perfect spot to be close to all the action. I even loved that there was a 7-11 across the street. Quick access to some basic supplies and snacks. The unit itself was the perfect size for my wife and I and had everything you could possibly need. I plan to look to see if this unit is open for all my future trips to the Eugene area. Loved it.

It was a nicely kept studio with all the necessary items. The property host was very communicative. It's a little noisy being downtown but not too intrusive. Very comfortable and would stay here again!
