This house was incredible and checked all the boxes! The swim spa hot tub scenario is amazing as is the view of Sunday River. The house had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The communication was amazing as are the instructions on how to use all the extras the house has to offer, heat lamps, gas fireplace, swim spa, etc. 10 out of 10!!!

Great Ski House!

Amazing view of the mountain, very clean and very comfortable. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would absolutely go back!

Homey get away

From beginning to end, our stay was wonderful. We grilled and cooked, and had plenty of space to find our own spots to relax. One added bonus, that at times you don’t even find at hotels, the beds were so comfortable, my back didn’t ache a bit. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

This house was perfect for a ski weekend with my family and extended family. 9 of us comfortably sat on the couch and at the table, cooked all our meals here and relaxed. The view is Sunday River is unmatched. It snowed while we were here and were plowed out at 7 am and they made sure to bring extra salt for us to sprinkle by the door if it melted and refrozen. It was clean and airy-a beautiful home.

My only comments for improvement - we were all surprised that there was no coffee and no Saran Wrap. the kids mattresses were super uncomfortable. And the stove / oven was very difficult to work. Otherwise we throughly enjoyed! The plunge pool was the absolute highlight!!
