The kitchen was well equipped. There are restaurants within walking distance. And very soon a new grocery store. The pool is children friendly with a large shallow end. We would return to this unit.

This unit was clean, updated, and comfortable. Our host kept us informed and was very accommodating when we encountered an unexpected change in our plans. We highly recommend both the unit and the host!

Get an easier thermostat to use. Check TV operation before check in. Very quick response to questions. Very well stocked kitchen but please add an ice cream scoop and smaller bowl. And plates.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we genuinely appreciate it. We are glad to hear you found the kitchen well stocked and that our team responded quickly to your questions. Your suggestions about adding an ice cream scoop, smaller bowls, and additional plates have been noted and we will review these items with our team as we continually improve the property. Regarding the thermostat and TV, we are sorry to hear you found them difficult to use. We provide step by step written instructions in the welcome materials along with a video guide for the thermostat, and we have now expanded the TV instructions even further to make them as clear as possible for future guests. Our goal is always to make everything straightforward and accessible, and we are happy to assist in real time whenever guests reach out. Thank you again for your comments. Feedback like yours helps us refine the experience for everyone who stays with us. Kind regards, Josh & The Dream Holiday Stays Team

Love Parkshore! This unit is especially nice. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s beautifully decorated ! The kitchen has everything we needed, it even had an air fryer. The owners carefully picked out the furniture… everything from the beds , couch ,dining chairs etc. were super comfy. It was also extremely clean. We will definitely stay in this unit again. I recommend renting from Josh whenever possible, by far the best to deal with.

Naples

Very nice property. Everything was exactly as described. HVAC froze up 2 days before checkout but luckily it was cool. Problem was in unit on roof and HVAC tech could not access roof after hours.
