This property has it all! Spacious, clean, and located in a very quiet, serene neighborhood up against the lake. Boat/rocky beach access is a 1-minute walk away. David and Lucy live right next door, and are available to help with anything, should you need it. This area of Lake Champlain is rather flat and perfect for bike riding. Note that many of the state parks are not dog-friendly (including Alburgh Dunes), so check before you bring the pup.
