Welcome to our stunning newly remodeled Light and Bright pool/spa home. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, this family friendly home boasts four inviting bedrooms with one King bed, two Queen beds and two Twin XL beds, each fitted with comfortable new mattresses. Our home features 55" smart TV, outdoor pool/spa, pool side patio, backyard mini golf. Close to hiking trails and university campus. Short distance drive to Universal Studios Hollywood, Los Angeles and Malibu (beautiful SoCal beaches).

Sleeping arrangements: 4 inviting bedrooms with fitted comfortable new mattresses, walk-in closet and luggage racks for your comfort

Master Bedroom: one king bed with new memory foam mattress, pool and sunset view, private en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with comfortable new mattress with table lamp, walk-in closet and blinds

Bedroom 3: Queen bed with comfortable new mattress with floor lamp, walk-in closet and blinds

Bedroom 4: two Twin XL beds with comfortable new mattress with floor/table lamp, walk in closet and blinds

Kitchen: fully equipped for your cooking experience. De'Longhi Nespresso Essenza Mini Coffee and Espresso Machine, Milk Frother and Nespresso capsules are provided for a little morning relaxation and social boost with family and friends

Living room: spacious with entertainment (YouTube TV and Chromecast for endless streaming). Competition sized soccer table to challenge family or friends with a fun game

Backyard: pool/spa/Mini Golf course with large umbrella for you to enjoy the outdoor and poolside fun.
-Jacuzzi Spa heating is included free during your stay!
-The swimming pool can be heated for an additional fee. Pool heating fees vary by season, $60 per day from March to October; $100 per day for November, December, January and February.
