We attended the Vine Street Christmas. The location of the house was perfect to walk everywhere we wanted. The house was clean & had everything needed for a two night stay.
Perfect little spot to stay in the perfect location! So very close to the downtown square… walkable to everything off the square as well. Well appointed, clean & comfy!
Enjoyed our stay in this quaint little duplex. Nice area in the backyard to relax. The shower is very small, so it would be nice to have a shower head with an extended hose attachment. I would stay here again. Great location!
Perfect place, close to Downtown, worked out perfectly to go to the Mid State Fair.. Really Nice place, clean, good amenities, quiet neighborhood.. Loved the place.. we'll be back again..

We have been here several times now. It is a nice, cozy 1 bedroom house, literally within a few minutes walk from downtown. The area is quiet and safe. Pretty much an ideal location.
Very clean, centrally located, excellent communication with the host. The unit is listed as a duplex with an adjoining door to the other side. Super convenient for families traveling together. However, we were not travelling with the guests on the other side and I personally would prefer more than a handle lock separating me from the stranger next door. I was travelling with my family and dog, but if I were travelling solo, I would not have been comfortable. A deadbolt or chain lock would have made me feel much better.
One block off the town square. Super convenient. Walkable to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The duplex was as advertised and nice and clean. The only negative would be if the unit next door was being rented, the walls are thin. But I guess you have to expect that with a duplex. Overall a great experience.
Excellent location, loved being able to walk to restaurants, the farmers' market, etc. The casita is cute and has the basics, but was diminished by a strong, musty odor we noticed as soon as we walked in the door. There is no closet, just a few hangers on some wall pegs in the bedroom. (We'd suggest a hotel-style clothing rack in the little hallway outside the bathroom door as a solution.) The bathroom would benefit from a couple of shelves and a corner shower shelf for shampoo and soap. All this considered, we enjoyed our stay and would return for another visit.
Very Clean and well equipped except need more than four hangers to hang stuff up. Also, please move the screen on the window by the bed to the window that doesn't have a screen. Would have liked to open that window but didn't want bugs to come in. Air conditioning doesn't reach into the bedroom so you might want a fan for that room.
This was an adorable spot in an amazing location. However, the bed and pillows were super uncomfortable and the single wall unit wasn’t enough to keep the place cool. With those few things getting fixed, this place would be a dynamite stay!
We are a Family operation here, working to provide you with the best experience we can. Offering you well appointed accommodations in prime locations. We love where we live and are so happy to share it with others.
