The cozy bedroom features a big window looking right at a vineyard and comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With amenities like heating, WiFi, a washing machine, and AC, guests will have everything they need for a convenient stay. The additional living room space, complete with a sofa bed, provides the perfect spot to relax and unwind. This tiny home "A" sleeps 2-4 people.

The tiny home consists of two separate units, which both can be rented. This unit is located on the first floor "A". Property is at the end of a private road,-there is gravel the last 100 yards up the hill. Besides the top unit owner also rents a casita that sleeps up to 4 people just one mile away( VRBO 2004460 Mi Compania Dulce)

Perfect, Peaceful, Paradise!

We had a wonderful stay in this adorable tiny home located at the most beautiful vineyard in Callavaras County. The perfect retreat and getaway for my spouse and I. The scenery was very idyllic and picturesque. The host was so accommodating and great at communicating. The whole property is a dream and very private.

As you can see, the view from this property is amazing. From what we found, you can't enter the lake from the property, but we went around to a nearby state park, which was awesome. We stayed in unit A, and just so you are very clear, you might have guests directly above you. Thankfully, our neighbors were quiet. Post-checkout, I let the owner know about some feedback we had, especially regarding cleanliness. He was super receptive, so I hope your stay will be a good bit cleaner. Another tidbit: it seems there is a pool, but we did not find the hours or how to get in on the last day of our stay. Be sure to ask in advance about pool hours and location. Other than that, you will have almost total solitude. I could imagine coming back with another couple we know, so we could rent out the whole container house.
