Charming 3-Bedroom Coastal Getaway with Breathtaking Gulf Views
Have a truly blissful vacation at this charming, Gulf Front home that sits on one acre of pristine property on exclusive Morton St. Enjoy the magnificent open Gulf views from nearly every room. This unique home is reminiscent of the way the Keys used to be...charming! Perfect area for walking, biking, kayaking (which are included), and bird watching. Walk out into the shallow water and see plentiful marine life...
The entire upstairs of this home has amazing Gulf views and lots of natural light. The kitchen is newly remodeled with all stainless steel appliances, 4 flat screen TVs. The home is charming and decorated tropically. You will relax the moment you step inside. The main part of the home is upstairs with the living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom (with king size bed) and bath. Pull-out couch in the living room. On the ground level downstairs (no interior staircase) there are two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed, the other has 2 twins, the laundry area and a lovely, screened patio. Lagoon access to launch the two complimentary kayaks...and Cabana Club membership with pool, beach and bar. Hi speed internet service, gas grill. Keurig coffee maker.
Brand-new dock with 20’ x 8’ pier, and swim ladder. 4 feet of water at mean low tide. Bait freezer and fish cleaning table for your use. Outside shower by the back porch. Water on the dock as well.
See abundant fish, sting rays, and occasionally the manatees while walking to the pier-head, where you can experience unobstructed, panoramic water-view sunsets over the gulf.
