Located in the waterfront-facing portion of our Spanish-style property on Boca Ciega Bay, this private studio is attached to two other guest accommodations on site. Your studio and indoor space are entirely your own, while the sandy private beach, waterfront backyard, and outdoor areas are shared with guests of all three accommodations.

One of the best parts of this property is the location. Step outside and relax by the bay, start your morning with coffee by the water, spend the afternoon soaking up the Florida sunshine, or wind down with a beautiful sunset.

Inside, the studio has everything you need for a comfortable getaway, including a queen bed, full kitchen, private bathroom, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and dining space. Its eclectic, vintage-inspired character fits right in with Gulfport’s quirky beach-town personality.

Amazing. Unique apartment! Artistic! Clawfoot tub. Funky painted doors. Half the walls were corrugated metal walls. Sidewalk are perhaps tile squares across the courtyard. Idyllic location!! Long backyard with a few artistic metal sculptures and then Adirondack chairs on the Bay. Right next store is a gree city park, then the pier and downtown Gulfport. Awesome.

Great location. A good place to stay however it is rustic, with not much light. I believe that is in the description.So if you’re not ok w rustic it won’t be for you.Otherwise it is very lovely w a very peaceful area to sit at the end of the yard which meets the bay.With everything less than a block away is a real plus. .

Cozy unit on the water

We loved our stay. Been coming to Gulfport for a couple years. This is our favorite rental yet. Good price, spacious unit. Loved the water access. We'll be back!

Place was very run down. Bad smell, I'm assuming from the hurricanes. Most of the town is also shut down from the hurricanes. Pictures are much better than the actual unit. Host was VERY nice, though.

I stay in many places and this was without a doubt the worst one I’ve been too. It smelled so musty and mildewed. I took a shower at my friends home because the tub just didn’t look inviting at all and the towels were awful, I felt them and they were not soft or nice so didn’t even use or unroll them. The outlets were all wonky and the bathroom light was hard to turn on. The TV had 3 remotes but no instructions, once I figured it out it just kept freezing and buffering, so I just gave up. There were dogs on the property that were loud and obnoxious. I tried to get in my car and they were off leash and jumped on me. I could hear a woman who sounded like she was right behind a door in the kitchen that apparently lead to another unit. The walkway was treacherous, it buckled and the concrete was uneven. Very dangerous. It looks like they did the bare minimum to create a cute space but it really missed the mark. Just the smell alone was enough to make me leave early. On a better note the water view from the backyard was amazing.

I love Gulfport because it has a personality all its own. It’s colorful, quirky, artsy, and wonderfully laid-back, with local art, funky shops, independent restaurants, live music, and a strong sense of community. It has that charming “Old Florida” feel while still being close to the beaches and everything St. Petersburg has to offer. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you can walk to breakfast, browse local shops, catch live music, and end the day watching the sunset by the water.

Guests can enjoy direct access to a sandy private beach, relax by the water, and take in beautiful Florida sunsets. It's also a short walk from Gulfport’s colorful downtown, restaurants, shops, nightlife, and local beach.

The studio itself has a cozy, eclectic character that fits perfectly with Gulfport’s quirky, artsy personality. With only three accommodations sharing the waterfront property, it feels much more intimate than a typical condo or hotel stay.
