12 adults and 3 babies stayed here for our daughter’s St Joseph wedding. The master bedroom was perfect for bridal prep with its full length mirrors and extravagant bathroom. Lots of living space for kids to play and an awesome kitchen. I loved the hidden butler’s pantry for hiding away extra food and coolers and keeping the kitchen beautiful. We appreciated the Bible verse near the coffee maker. Thank you for sharing your home.

Downtown location, Beautiful property

The Hamilton is a gorgeous place located in downtown St Joe. This property is professionally laid out and decorated to the nines. It has ample bedrooms, bathrooms and spacious common areas. We absolutely loved our week there highly recommend the Hamilton for your vacation!

Amazing spot!

This was the most amazing spot to host our family and friends for a small wedding. The space was much larger than we ever expected and so well maintained! The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Truly amazing property!

The Hamilton House exceeded our expectations for our 1st family vacation!! 3 adult children and spouses, with 4 grandkids under the age of 3 were all thrilled with the inviting and spacious “home”, walkable to the beach, Compass Fountain & Carousel & nearby shops for everyone with fabulous coffee, shopping & cocktails, to special breakfast “dates” with the parents & kids. “Nana & Grandpa” enjoyed all of the above & making memories with the family!The Hamilton House was immaculate, the bedrooms smelled amazing and beds & furnishings all so comfortable-all the details designed with perfection!! The kids loved the round velvet pillows & books and all the bunny decor throughout. I especially enjoyed the exquisite design details curated throughout each and every space at the Hamilton House!! We also treasured preparing meals together in the gourmet, luxury kitchen. We appreciate your prompt response to all of our inquiries!! Thank you!!

The house was absolutely amazing and wouldn’t change our stay for the world as we celebrated our wedding in the area! We did our first look on the roof as it had spectacular views! We love how open it was and Alyese was very very responsive when needing accommodations! One little fun thing we loved too was we did find some toy figurines from Sesame Street in the side of the couch that other guests maybe left so it was definitely family friendly and felt like a home. Would definitely come back here if any other properties as this place rocked!

Great location & amenities!

The property was incredible! Beautiful, clean, spacious, perfect location. We were able to walk to get coffee and breakfast in the morning, then shops, wineries, restaurants. A very short walk to the beach. It was cold when we went but very convenient. The only potential issue I could see (and it was not an issue for us) would be parking during the busy beach season might be hard. But otherwise an amazing stay! Would highly recommend.

Spectacular Home!

This property was a dream home! All the property managers were a dream to work with, especially Alyese! Between the wonderfully short walk to silver beach, the game room, dining that accommodate our large guest quantity, and finally the gorgeous sunset view from the roof, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect weekend. We all agreed that we would come back and stay here again. Thank you so much for the amazing accommodations!

Fabulous location for six friends

location walkable to so much! Very large kitchen, lots of space. Nicely appointed. Perfect for 6 friends. Obviously new, but strange/unfortunate large, black grease stains on primary bedroom carpet.

this is an awesomely large place. lots of room for small kids to run inside and play. Was well made up for adults too!very convenient walk to the beach and kids water fountain park on the beach. it's right downtown so can walk to stores and restaurants and coffee shops.
