The Space:
Featuring a spacious, open layout ideal for families and large groups, The Rambler is equipped with every amenity needed for a memorable Nashville trip. From a fully equipped kitchen to two spacious living rooms, a poker room, a gorgeous backyard with a large pool and lounge chairs, a large dining room, and a master bathroom fit for a king – this home has it all!

Important Things to Note:

◆ The garage and owner’s suite, located at the back of the property, are not accessible to guests. (These areas are not included in the listing photos).
◆ The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, so we strictly monitor noise levels and the number of guests. If you’re planning a wild weekend, this may not be the best choice for your group.
◆ Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited.
◆ The pool can be heated for stays from October through April for a fee of $100 per day. Please provide at least 48 hours notice to ensure the pool is heated.
◆ While there is one light in the pool, it cannot be turned on to detract from night swims during quiet hours.
