"Serenity on 43rd" is a luxury vacation rental home that feels more like your own private resort, with a mother-in-law suite (casita) off of the lanai, a TRITOON BOAT available for rent, 2 kayaks, 4 bikes, hot tub, HEATED POOL, and a park across the street featuring PICKLEBALL, TENNIS, CORNHOLE, BASKETBALL, AND PUTTING GREEN. It is packed with fun for the whole family to enjoy! This newly built in 2024 home has 5 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. It is convenient to all of the attractions, yet it is situated in a quiet, secure neighborhood in SW Cape Coral. Walk across the street to the park and enjoy pickleball, tennis, cornhole, playground, basketball and a putting green. Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, Matlacha, and the beaches are a quick drive or boat ride. You will love this location complete with walking paths and palm tree lined streets.

The waterfront is a 200ft plus wide canal with kayaking, fishing, and gulf access boating to beaches and restaurants. Fishing off the dock is great and we provide 2 poles, a bait bucket and a tackle box. After a day of fishing or boating, relax in the private, heated pool or hot tub.

As you enter the home, you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. Five bedrooms have just been outfitted in modern coastal design and furnishings. Dine inside at our 8 man table and 6 barstools or poolside with flatscreen TV. Enjoy the bonus lanai with game table, flatscreen TV and outdoor kitchen. The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. We have four adult bicycles, 2 kayaks, golf putters for the putting green, tennis and pickleball racquets, and a basketball for the park.

**BOAT DETAILS**: Our Bentley Tritoon (Seats up to 10) is available to add to your stay. The boat can be added to your stay for $275 per day plus tax (4 day minimum). Please note that a credit card authorization form and rental agreement will need to be filled out for the boat. Guests will be responsible for the orientation fee of $200 paid to the captain. You must be born before Jan 1, 1988 to drive the boat and have two year's experience.

Pack and play and highchair available upon request for no additional fee.

Up to two small dogs (under 20 lbs) or one large dog are allowed (insurance will not insure aggressive breeds), with a $149 flat fee per stay. Just click pets when you checkout on your reservation.

Absolutely amazing place! Gorgeous inside and out. It was perfect for our family, the grandparents had some privacy and we had so much space for the kids. Loved having the park and pickleball courts so close, we played twice a day the lounged by the pool. Hosts were great!We will definitely return to this place!

This house exceeded our expectations! Even better than the photos! So clean, and everything we needed to have a great time. The host Maggie was amazing, super friendly and accommodating and answered our questions right away. We loved hanging out in the pool overlooking the water it was gorgeous and the location was perfect.Comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, it was perfect. Only a few minutes to grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The home was perfect for our yearly family vacation. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, pool, pickleball courts and fishing off the dock. Short drive to Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva beaches.

This is a great place to stay for a larger family. House is well appointed. We had 6 guests and the house fit our family perfectly. Lots of amenities and access to activities for four teenagers. Pickle ball across the street, kayaking and fishing out the back door, and good golfing nearby. I found time to relax and watch a few games on the TV by the pool. Mom loved relaxing in the hot tub after a few days of shopping at the outlets with the girls and trips to the nearby beach. Overall wonderful stay with good communication from Maggie.

Family Fun

We had a great time staying at this property. There were nine family members ranging in age from 3 years old to 78 years old (4 generations). The layout of the home with five bedrooms including the in-law's suite gave everyone their private space but we also easily came together for fun in the pool and family dinners. We enjoyed the park in close proximity and the amenities the house offered. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect house in a perfect location

We had a fantastic vacation in Cape Coral with an amazing house. We found a super nice facility with all the necessary things. The pool is really big and invites you to swim and play. We really enjoyed it there. All the rooms are very comfortable, and everything was super clean and almost new. Maggie is super friendly and responded very quickly to all questions. She really left nothing to be desired. The house is definitely recommended.

This house is everything we could have asked for! The home itself is super clean, well organized, and spacious! The pool and spa are amazing and easy to operate! We loved being able to fish off the dock, kayak in the canal, and take evening bike rides! Also, this home is located in a beautiful and quiet area that is close to a lot of our favorite places! Perfect for Families!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was well equipped, and the recreational equipment was a great addition. Beds were comfortable, and the detached MIL was a nice bonus! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for large parties and we got lucky a few days with cooler weather and were able to open the huge sliding glass doors. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool and the large local park being in walking distance was perfect (who knew pickleball was so fun?). Communication from the host, before, during, and even after our stay was top notch.

Beautiful, brand new home!! It was like living in paradise!

This home is incredible on every level. Every inch of it was well thought out and is decorated top notch. It sits at the end of a canal which provides an amazing sun-rise while enjoying morning coffee out by the pool. Our grandson enjoyed fishing at the waters’ edge. We spent our days playing in the pool, grilling and enjoying the family friendly space. Cant wait to come back!

Just WOW!

The house is a dream. The furnishings are very high quality and well thought out. The separate suite with its own bathroom was perfect for our group of 2 couples. We really enjoyed the view of the canal and spent hours in the pool. The care from Lisa was great! If it were possible, we would give 10 stars!

Beautiful home

The house is new and absolutely beautiful. The pool area is great, the in-law suite also comes in handy for multiple parties and is of the same high standard as the house. Unfortunately we had to leave after a few nights due to mandatory evacuation orders. We got refunded according to the contract without any problems. The communication was always very quick, easy and very helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Maggie and her place were exceptional! So responsive, the listing was accurate and the home is beautiful!! Let me tell you the best part besides a great view…. The CLEANLINESS! The house was so clean and smelled nice at arrival! The in-law suite is a perfect addition for privacy. The house is updated and the beds are comfy! I truly don’t have one negative thing to say! My only suggestion if asked was to have a few more cooking supplies in the kitchen (we’re big on cooking and felt like we needed more!) and maybe a closet with extra towels and blankets! Thank you Maggie for a wonderful stay! We will be back!!

Perfect family retreat

My wife and I stayed in the MIL suite so that our kids and their families could take over the main house. It worked out perfect. Our toddler grandkids really enjoyed spending time at the park across the street. The house is in a great location with several great dinning options just a short drive away. If you rent the pontoon, I highly recommend hiring Captain Bob to show you around. I am a boat owner with plenty of experience in Michigan waters, navigating the narrow marked channels through the Caloosahatchee river and San Carlos Bay were more challenging than I expected. Once Captain Bob explained the channel markers for the intracoastal waterway, I felt a lot more comfortable.
