Villa Terraza Del Sole is a custom-built Gulf access pool/spa home with a newly constructed dock and outdoor kitchen. This home is oversized at over 2,700 square feet and features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On stepping through the double-door entrance, you will be greeted with the family room and formal dining area. The area is spacious with plenty of seating for all the family, cable TV, and surround sound. Sliding doors provide views to the pool and spa area.

The kitchen is spacious with granite worktops and glass mosaic backsplash. Stainless steel appliances complete the kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. The kitchen even has its own wet bar area for extra counter space when entertaining family and friends. Breakfast seating can be taken at the breakfast nook overlooking the pool area or at the kitchen bar area.

The second living room area also has cable TV, so an additional TV viewing area and ideal for families. Large glass sliding doors provide views and access to the private pool and spa area. The living room also overlooks the kitchen and breakfast nook, thus providing a very large living and eating space for all the guests.

The master suite is a calm retreat at the end of the day. Very comfortably furnished with a sumptuous king bed, fine linen, and large HD cable TV.
