Covered By Faith Rentals offers the Encourage home. Encourage is a side by side duplex. Everything except the laundry is on the main floor and there is no upstairs. It is only 1 mile from Mayo/Gonda building and St. Marys. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom are on the main floor. Over 1,598 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 2 steps to get into the home. We are only 1 blocks from Apache mall, restaurants, and 7 blocks to a grocery store. We also have many additional houses downtown if this one is full.

You can walk to St. Mary's and Mayo Clinic if you want to walk about 1 mile. Otherwise you can drive, hire an Uber or Lyft. You can park in the car port in front of your unit or on the street. In the winter you must park even days on the even numbered house number side and odd days park on the house side that has houses with odd numbers.
