This house was awesome and furnished with everything needed for our stay.

The Jasmine House was very well furnished with everything needed to make us feel at home. We were in Rochester for a visit at the Mayo Clinic and the distance from the house to the clinic was very close and easy to get to and from. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Tara the manager did everything possible to make sure our stay was very pleasurable. I would recommend this house if you need a home away from home!

Great Family Neighborhood - Convenient for Mayo visits

I admit the first impression is dulled by the faint smell of old deodorizer, but it is really only at the entry by the garage. The rest of the house is just fine. The amenities are as advertised. Nice fenced-in backyard. Bed was comfortable and living area was great for hanging out.

Beautiful house, location, unknown financials with VRBO.

Due to an early dismissal from treatment by Mayo we were able to depart on Saturday, September 7 , giving VRBO two days notice on an early departure , September 5. It is unknown our request for a refund for the last week we were not there will be honored.

As advertised!

It was all we needed, pet friendly. But if the previous guests were charged for pet cleaning, then we should be reimbursed for our pet. I understand pets can be a liability but just saying... Still everything worked out for family while I was having surgery at St Mary's!

Spacious and Clean!

My husband and I were helping relocate our daughter and family from Florida to Rochester and we stayed in this lovely home for almost two weeks. The home is very well kept and very clean. We enjoyed the snow and were very happy that someone came and cleaned the driveway and sidewalks of snow!

We stayed at Jasmine house for two weeks in Oct of 2020 for treatment at Mayo Clinic. Was wonderful! Beautiful house and neighborhood. The only negative was the Roku tv.

Short stay in Rochester

Property manager was very responsive & easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay at this location & loved that it was in a quiet, established, friendly neighborhood! Great location to get to places in Rochester easily. Only recommendation would be adding some hooks outside the shower on main living area for towels/clothing. Otherwise, it was very well appointed with several amenities!

Nice clean home in nice neighborhood

The Jasmine house is very clean and conveniently located in Rochester. The property managers were very helpful and easy to contact. All the amenities were in top condition and several nice extras were provided. Plenty of room for the whole family and a nice large dining table and kitchen..

A healing safe place

Jasmine House was superbly well equipped for our two month stay. Everything was supplied from shampoo and dish soap to bath towels and bandaids. It was perfect for our dog too with a large fenced back yard. Only 10 minutes from The Mayo Clinic where my wife was being treated for cancer, it made a very difficult time less so. Amir was very responsive and met our every need.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the Mayo Clinic, which is why we were here. The couches could have been more comfortable and the bed we slept in was a little hard, but our overall experience was good. I'd recommend the Jasmine house and would stay there again

Perfect for our visit to Mayo Clinic

This home was perfect for our one week visit to the Mayo Clinic. It's in a very quiet, pleasant neighborhood & has everything to feel comfortable while you are away from home. Satharina, the property manager is INCREDIBLY responsive & gets back to you VERY quickly! :) There were a couple of housekeeping issues when we arrived, and Satharina addressed them immediately & appropriately. My friend, who is very ill, was able to rest & enjoy a quiet, low-stress, homey environment. This was a blessing, as trips to Mayo can be quite stressful & exhausting. The location is great...convenient to the Clinic, yet far enough to be away from all of the stress, hustle & bustle of the downtown area. I also asked Satharina if wastebaskets could be placed in all bedrooms, because the extra steps to the kitchen or bathroom can be exhausting for people with serious health issues. She reviewed my request with her manager & said they would be happy to accommodate my request. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Perfect for our visit to the Mayo Clinic

Jasmine House was perfect for our stay in Rochester in order to visit the Mayo Clinic. It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood, with 2 parks very close by. It was close enough to the Mayo Clinic campus to be very convenient, yet far enough to be peaceful & away from the stress of the campus/downtown area. Satharina, the property manager is VERY responsive, professional & easy to work with :) There were a couple of minor housekeeping issues when we arrived, which she addressed immediately & appropriately. She also spoke with her manager about adding wastebaskets to all of the bedrooms to make things easier for people who are ill & don't have energy for the extra steps required to make it to the kitchen or bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!

Very Comfortable and well Equipped

We stayed February 6th – 10th while taking our son to the Mayo Clinic. So much nicer than a Hotel room. The house itself was well equipped, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Satharina was a pleasure to deal with, and the transaction went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend to my friends…
