The house faces a wide lawn that extends to the seashore. The house has accessibility for wheelchair elevator to the first floor. It has 5 suites (with air conditioning), large TV room, dining room and living room with fireplace (air conditioning and ceiling fans) integrated with large balcony and barbecue (ceiling fan). Large kitchen (ceiling fan). Private pool, storage / utility room and garage for up to 3 cars, plus 3 spaces in front of the house. It has utensils of canopy and kitchen, appliances (including sandwich maker, mixer, toaster, blender, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, etc), LCD TV with Sky and DVD, private wifi, beach chairs and umbrella. Service area with washing machine and dryer. Full house keeper (2 rooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and kitchen). The condominium has Wi-Fi broadband, available in the house.
