Welcome to the River Side Cottage in Charlevoix! This is our special place to make memories and enjoy this incredible area and we hope it becomes yours as well. Originally built between 1906 and 1911 this historical cottage was recently completely renovated in 2023. Beach access to Lake Michigan only a few hundred feet away. Just minutes away from the beautiful boutique shops, amazing restaurants and of course fudge in downtown Charlevoix. You can even wave to the passengers on the Beaver Islander from the front porch!

This is a family-friendly property with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main floor has a master suite with a king size bed and full bathroom. The main level also has a guest bedroom with a full over queen bunk bed and seperate full guest bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen to serve family meals and your choice to seating inside or outside on the back deck. A family room to enjoy with a beautiful view over the channel. Upstairs has another master suite, however this one has the perk of being able to enjoy a morning coffee on its own deck overlooking the channel. There are two guest rooms upstairs. One with a full over queen bunk bed and the other with a king bed. An additional guest bathroom upstairs with a bath/shower option and also where the washer and dryers are located for laundry. Plenty of space and the perfect options for multiple families to stay.

Great central location to get out and enjoy other activities as well. Short distance to some of the best golf courses in Michigan. If winter is more your time of year, less than an hour for skiing at Boyne Mountain, Nubs Nob and Boynes Highland. Also only 20 minutes to Lavender Hill Farm!

Kitchen offers refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove top, crockpot and plenty of cookware/dishes/utensils. WiFi access is also available. TV's are all Roku TV's with the ability to use your own streaming services. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and each level is equipped with an iron and ironing board.
